Products purchased from Midway Dental may be returned within 60 days via your MDS representative or simply call our customer service department at: (800) 474-6111

  • All credits must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for return
  • Merchandise must be returned in its unmarked, original packaging
  • Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase
  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable)

  • Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment
  • Imprinted Items
  • Items marked non-returnable
