Midway Dental’s Terms & Conditions




          Price Policy

          Midway Dental’s commitment is to maintain the prices as shown in our catalog.
          However, Midway does reserve the right to change prices due to manufacturer’s prices increases.

          Current prices are always available on our website - midwaydental.com


          Satisfaction Guarantee
          Midway Dental unconditionally guarantees the products we sell from the
          manufacturer. If the product is found with defects, or if it fails to perform to your
          satisfaction, simply return the unused portion of the product within 60 days via your Midway
          representative. All credits must include a copy of the original invoice to ensure that proper credit
          will be issued. Midway will not accept any item being returned for credit which has reached its
          expiration date.

         Special Orders

         Midway Dental can special order items not shown in our catalog. Typically, special order items will take up to
         14 days after receipt of your order for delivery.

          Payment Terms
          Midway Dental extends open account terms to our customers. Amounts over 30 days are subject to a 1.5%
          service fee charge. Midway will accept payment by check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or
          American Express.

          Delivery

          Midway Dental ships most orders by UPS ground. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped same day.
          If requested, orders may be shipped UPS Next Day Air at an additional charge. Orders will recieve a shipping
          & handling charge per order under $100. All backorders or special orders will be shipped with no additional
          charges. Any hazardous material item will be charged an additional fee. The charge will apply to all Midway
          account types. This is the Hazardous Shipment charged by UPS. If an item is missing from a shipment, it must
          be reported to Midway customer service withing 7 days of
          receipt of order for credit to be issued.

          Return Policy
          Merchandise must be returned in its unmarked, original packaging within 60 days of purchase.   Items that
          are non-returnable include:
          • Open Handpieces, small equipment, custom-ordered equipment
          • Imprinted Items
          • Items marked non-returnable
